Instead of diversion, we suggest a Six-Step Practical Pathway to mental clarity, drawn from Indian wisdom and traditions. It helps us work within, on our perception, acceptance and attitude. It helps conserve our energies and helps build mental and physical strength. Joy in Step-5 is the perception, recognition of inner peace and building on it. These prepare us for last step of right action with a free mind, focus and clarity to help remedy the present to build a beautiful future.
