Beginning with Acceptance, we train our mind to accept reality, focus on the immediate and present, and take change of whats left. Step-2, Gratitude builds confidence, capacity of taking action and an optimistic attitude. Step-3 of Stillness prepares us for the inner journey to gather our energies to draw strength within., Step-4 of Yoga is both a physical practice as well as mental withdraw of senses to wards out inner and the higher self. It helps conserve our energies and helps build mental and physical strength. Joy in Step-5 is the perception, recognition of inner peace and building on it. These prepare us for last step of right action with a free mind, focus and clarity to help remedy the present to build a beautiful future.
